Analýza obchodního a blockchainového řešení Winding Tree a UX design jejich produktu pro cestovní ruch

Abstract:

Dnešní digitální produkty využívající blockchain technologii jsou často určeny hlavně pro lidi se silnějšími technologickými znalostmi než pro jejich potenciální a nové přicházející uživatele, kterých by se měli snažit získat co největší počet, a dosáhnout tak vyššího podílu na trhu, větší přidané hodnoty jejich produktu a větší zisk. Aby se zlepšilo hromadné přijetí blockchainových aplikací širším publikem, musí se jejich uživatelský prožitek razantně zlepšit a učinit ze svých uživatelů jeden z nejdůležitějších aspektů při navrhování nebo vylepšování produktu. V současné době není mnoho lidí plně seznámeno s technologií blockchain a jejím slovníkem, což je jedna z hlavních komplikací, kterým toto pole v současnosti čelí. Tato práce začíná analýzou podnikání společnosti Winding Tree a jejich blockchainového řešení. Winding Tree se jako společnost zaměřuje na blockchainovou technologii a její potenciál směrem k inovacím v cestovním ruchu. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat jejich podnikání, potenciální uživatele a pomoci zlepšit jejich podnikání přepracováním části jejich současného řešení tak, aby bylo uživatelsky přívětivější vůči nováčkům blockchainu a pomohlo jim absorbovat tuto novou technologii a získat k ní určitou důvěru. Nově navržené řešení je poté porovnáno s jejich stávajícím řešením a jsou doručena doporučení s konečnými úvahami o cestě dalšího rozvoje, kterou by se společnost měla v blízké budoucnosti vydat.

Abstract:

Today’s digital products using blockchain technology are often designed mainly for people with stronger technological knowledge rather than for their potential and new coming users they should be aiming for to gain higher number of them and therefore reaching higher share of the market, bigger added value of their product and more profit. To improve mass adoption of blockchain applications by broader audience, their user experience must drastically improve and make their users one of the most important aspects while designing or improving their products. Currently, not a lot of people is fully introduced to blockchain technology and its vocabulary, this is one of the main complications that this field currently faces. This thesis starts with an analysis of Winding Tree’s business and their blockchain solution. Winding Tree as a company focuses on blockchain technology and its potential towards innovation in travel industry. The main goal is to analyse their business, potential users and help to improve their business by redesigning part of their current solution to become more user friendly towards blockchain’s newcomers and help them absorb this new technology and gain some trust towards it. New designed solution is then compared to their current existing solution and recommendations with final thoughts on the design path that the company should take in near future are delivered.
