Abstract:

Diplomová práce se nazývá Proces resocializace klientů Kontaktního centra po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Teoretická část práce se zabývá Penologií, penitenciární a postpenitenciární péčí. Dále se zaměřuje na činnost a funkci Probační a mediační služby a definuje pojmy resocializaci, závislosti a závislostního chování. V rámci teoretické části je popsán systém vězeňství, a také některé resocializační programy. V empirické části práce je popsán výzkum, výzkumné otázky a metodika výzkumu. Výzkum je zvolen kvalitativní formou na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen klienty Kontaktního centra v Písku. Podmínkou pro výběr respondentů bylo, aby tito měli za sebou zkušenost s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody a byli uživatelé návykových látek. Výsledky výzkumu jsou součástí empirické části práce.

Abstract:

The Master´s thesis “The Process of Resocialization of Clients of the Contact Center after Release from Imprisonment” is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with penology, penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. It also focuses on the work and function of the Probation and Mediation Service and defines the terms resocialization, addiction and addictive behavior. In the theoretical part, there is discussed the prison system as well as some resocialization programs. The research, research questions and research methodology are described in the empirical part of the work. The research has been done in a qualitative form with semi-structured interviews as a main tool. The research sample involved clients of the Contact Center in the city of Písek. The selection of respondents for the interviews was conditioned by their experience with imprisonment and usage of addictive substances. The results of the research are then presented in the final part of the thesis.
