Automated setup of the experiment parameters on magnetic resonance device and following acquiring measured data from PACS

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on processing medical data in the MAFIL laboratory. The implemented programs consist of two independent components that are part of the mentioned laboratory's information system. Both components are separate programs utilizing technologies that are most suitable for meeting the predefined requirements. The development of these programs is motivated by the modernization of the aforementioned information system and the need for the system to adhere to modern principles of data processing, storage, and accessibility. The first component is a program whose task is to unify the communication between individual components of the MAFIL system and provide scalability for the system in the future. The second component is a program designed to automate the process of measuring a subject on a magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby minimizing errors caused by human factors. Both programs can be characterized as web interfaces. The resulting implementation is packaged in Docker containers, allowing the use of the programs across different platforms.

Abstract:

Táto práca sa venuje spracovaniu medicínskych dát v laboratóriu MAFIL , implementované programy tvoria dva nezávislé celky, ktoré sú súčasťou informačného systému spomínaného laboratória. Oba celky sú samostatné programy, využívajúce technológie, ktoré sú najviac vhodné na splnenie za-definovaných požiadaviek. Vznik programov je motivovaný modernizáciou spomínaného informačného systému, ako aj požiadavkami na to, aby tento systém dodržiaval moderné zásady spracovania, uchovania a sprístupnenia dát. Prvým celkom je program, ktorého úlohou je zjednotiť komunikáciu medzi jednotlivými komponentami systému MAFIL, a priniesť možnosť škálovateľ-nosti systému v budúcnosti. Druhým celkom je program, ktorého úlohou je automatizácia procesu me-rania probanda na prístroji magnetickej rezonancie, čo má za následok mi-nimalizáciu chýb spôsobených ľudským faktorom. Oba programy je možné charakterizovať ako webové rozhranie. Výsledná implementácia je zabalená v Docker kontajneroch, čo umožňuje používanie programov naprieč rozdielnymi platformami.
