Diplomová práce se zabývá pohádkou Kráska a zvíře, která vychází z mýtu o Erotovi a Psyché římského filozofa Lucia Apuleia. Práce si dává za cíl porovnat vybraná ztvárnění Krásky a zvířete (mýtus Eros a Psyché, pohádka Charlese Perraulta, film Jeana Cocteau a film Fabrizia Costy) a následně zkoumat jejich jádro. The diploma thesis focused on the fairy tale Beauty and the Beast, which is based on the myth about Cupid and Psyche by the Roman philosopher Lucia Apuleio.
