The Specialities of burglary investigation methodics

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o trestném činu loupežného přepadení. Hlavními cíli jsou analýza způsobu spáchání trestného činu a kompletní rozbor metodiky vyšetřování. Charakterizuje druhy a způsoby loupeží a osobnost pachatelů. Dále věnuje pozornost otázce procesu viktimizace a následné pomoci obětem trestných činů. Součástí je rozbor dvou případů, které jsou podstatné k naplnění cílů této práce. V práci budeme čerpat především z odborných monografií a článků. Ke srovnání zjištěných informací využijeme metodu deduktivního vnímání a analýzu textu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a crime of robbery. The main objectives of thepaper are as follows an analysis of the crime perpetration and a complete analysis of the investigation methods. The paper focuses on types and ways of robbery; it also characterises the personality of the crime perpetrators. Further, the thesis pays attention to the process of victimization and the follow-up assistance to victims of crimes. Finally, the thesis describes two case studies which contribute significantly to fulfilment of the thesis’ goals.In this bachelor thesis I will draw primarly from professional monographs and studies. To compare this information will be used method of deductive perception and text analysis.
