Analyses the waste management in Kutná Hora

Abstract:

Diplomová práce analyzuje odpadové hospodářství ve městě Kutná Hora. Úvodní část práce shrnuje legislativní prostředí, zaměřené na oběhové hospodářství a zákon o odpadech. Zde jsou specifikovány požadavky související s odpady, vznikající na území obce. V práci jsou shrnuty dostupné informace o zařízeních pro nakládání s odpady a možnosti pro efektivní nakládání s komunálními odpady. V praktické části je popsán současný systém sběru a nakládání s odpady v Kutné Hoře. Provedené analýzy jednotlivých druhů odpadů jsou pro přehlednost uvedeny v grafech. Pozornost je věnovaná také finanční analýze v rámci hospodaření s odpady ve městě. Pro zjištění zájmu občanů o třídění odpadů ve městě byl vytvořen dotazník, na jehož základě je navržen projekt na zvýšení separace odpadů ve městě. Zároveň byla navržena další opatření v rámci předcházení vzniku odpadů. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí provedených výsledků a navržených možností zlepšující nakládání s odpady ve městě Kutná Hora.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyses the waste management in Kutná Hora. The introduction summarizes legislation which is focused on the circulation economy and the waste act. The requirements related to wastes produced by municipality are also specified. In the thesis the accessible information about waste disposal facilities and the possibilities of efficient municipal waste disposal are summarized. In the practical part of thesis, the current collecting system and waste disposal in Kutná hora are described. The accomplished analyses of particular waste are put in graphs for clarity. The thesis is also focused on the financial analysis of municipal waste management. The questionnaire of the finding out the interest about waste sorting by the citizens of Kutná Hora was created, on the basis of the questionnaire the project of the municipal waste separation increase was suggested. Together with it the other arrangements in waste minimization were proposed. In conclusion the summary of performed results and designed possibilities of improving waste disposal in Kutná Hora is mentioned.
