Abstract:
The thesis deals with the transformation of the Czech-Bavarian labour market in the period 2015-2022. After the theoretical definition of the common Czech-Bavarian area, a practical part follows, which deals with the selection of the Czech (Domažlice, Klatovy and Prachatice) and Bavarian districts (Cham, Regen and Freyung-Grafenau). Diplomová práce se zabývá proměnou česko-bavorského trhu práce v letech 2015-2022. Po teoretickém vymezení společného česko-bavorského prostoru následuje prakticky zaměřená část zabývající se výběrem zkoumaných českých (Domažlice, Klatovy a Prachatice) a bavorských okresů (Cham, Regen a Freyung-Grafenau).
