TE-greedy-nester je nástroj schopný identifikovať LTR retrotranspozóny, využívajúc de-novo prístup a hladný algoritmus. V porovnaní s konkurenciou vie identifikovať aj fragmentované elementy. V tejto práci, predstavujeme vylepšenú verziu nástroja, ktorá dokáže identifikovať viacero typov repetetívnych sekvencií. Nástroj je teraz možné jednoducho rozšíriť o nové moduly. TE-greedy-nester is a tool that is capable of identification of long terminal retrotransposons utilizing de-novo identification and a greedy algorithm.
