Liquidation of a Select Business Company from Tax and Accounting Perspective

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou likvidace obchodních společností se zaměřením na společnost s ručením omezeným. V teoretické části této práce za pomocí rešerše byli řešeny veškeré povinnosti společnosti, která chce ukončit své podnikání, v časové návaznosti z daňového a účetního hlediska. V praktické části bylo nejprve zhodnoceno podnikání za pomocí finanční analýzy a poté využity teoretické vědomosti, které byly aplikovány na vybranou společnost k zpracování dílčích částí celého procesu od účetních závěrek, daňových tvrzení, zpeněžování likvidační podstaty až po rozdělení likvidačního zůstatku s následným výmazem z obchodního rejstříku. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zhotovení plánu likvidace, který bude sloužit pro vybranou společnost nebo případně pro jiné podniky, které se ocitnou v podobné situaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is followed up the liquidation of a business company focusing on the limited liability company. All the duties of the company closing down its business were dealt with in the theoretical part while using a research. In the practical part, the business was evaluated by the financial analysis, theoretical knowledge was used and applied to the concerned company. Sub-parts of the whole process were then described: financial statements, tax affirmations, monetization of the property and dividing the liquidation balance following with striking off the company from the Companies Register. The main target of this text was to formulate a plan of liquidation which could be used for the concerned company or eventually for other companies in similar situation.
