Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Řízení vztahů s dodavateli“ se zabývá problémem výběru dodavatelů v konkrétním podniku. Jejím cílem je analyzovat a zhodnotit stávající systém výběrového řízení pro nákup nového materiálu od stávajících i nových dodavatelů a navrhnout jeho případné změny.
