Recording classical dance training 7th year - Dance Conservatory boys in class

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tělem tanečníka z pohledu anatomie. Vyjmenovává nejdůležitější části svalového aparátu, které jsou potřeba ke správnému držení těla, provádění základních prvků klasického tance, podpoře správného dýchání a hledání vnitřní osy tanečníka. To vše s konfrontací pohledu starých baletních misrtů na tuto techniku. Snaží se také uvést nejdůležitější fakta v oblasti kineziologie, což je věda o mechanických zákonitostech pohybového ústrojí člověka a vlastností svalového aparátu. Tyto vědomosti by měly sloužit k rozvinutí chápáni lidského těla a především jako pomůcka pro pedagogy klasického tance, kteří tak mohou obohatit svoji prezentaci techniky baletu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the dancer's body in terms of anatomy. It lists the most important part of the muscular apparatus, which are needed for proper posture, doing basic elements of classical dance, promoting proper breathing and finding inner axis dancer. All confrontations with view of the old ballet misrtů on this technique. They also try to give the most important facts in kinesiology, which is the science of the mechanical laws of human locomotor system and properties of muscle disorders. This knowledge should be used to develop understanding of the human body and especially as an aid for teachers of classical dance, who can enrich their presentation techniques of ballet.
