Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si vybrala téma Smlouvy o účtech. V diplomové práci analyzuji právní úpravu smluv o účtu v porovnání se zněním předcházejícím, uzavírání smluv, obsah smluv jako jsou práva a povinnosti smluvních stran, zrušení smlouvy o účtu a zařadila jsem do své diplomové práce porovnání založení studentských účtů v České republice a v Německu.
