Claiming the influence of therapies to persons with DMO

Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je: Uplatnění vlivů terapií na osoby s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole se snažím popsat dětskou mozkovou obrnu, její příčiny, formy, souvislost s jinými druhy postižení a samozřejmě terminologií. Ve své druhé kapitole nastíním druhy metod vycházející z léčebné rehabilitace či fyzioterapie. A poslední, tedy třetí kapitola teoretické části se zabývá alternativními druhy metod používaných u osob s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. V praktické části jsem použila dvě metody, a to dotazníkové šetření určené terapeutům pracujícím s osobami s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Druhou metodou je případová studie (kasuistika). V dotazníkovém šetření se snažím zaznamenat pomocí názorů terapeutů účinnost vlivů daných terapií u osob s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. V případové studii chci popsat jednotlivé osoby s DMO, tak aby to korespondovalo s teoretickou části. Návaznost na popsání osob s DMO, přidružení více vad apod.

Abstract:

The theme of my thesis is: The application of the effects of therapies for people with cerebral palsy. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, I try to describe cerebral palsy, its causes, forms, relation to other types of disability and terminology. The second chapter outlines types of methods based on the rehabilitation and physiotherapy. And final part, the third chapter of this thesis deals with alternative types of methods used for people with cerebral palsy. In the practical part, I used two methods: questionnaire for therapists working with persons with cerebral palsy. The second method is a case study. In a survey I am trying to record the views of the therapist influences the effectiveness of therapies for people with cerebral palsy. In the case study I describe a person with cerebral palsy, that correspond to the theoretical part. Follow-up to describe people with cerebral palsy, the association of multiple defects, etc.
