Iceland and European integration. An analysis of developement of the main political and economical debates determining Iceland‘s attitude towards European integration
Abstract:
Práce popisuje vývoj politicko-ekonomických debat na Islandu, které zásadním způsobem ovlivnily postoj Islandu vůči evropské integraci. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké faktory hrály hlavní roli v rámci jednotlvých debat a zda stále přetrvávají. Struktura práce chronologicky popisuje jednotlivé debaty, přičemž závěr je věnován současné situaci, mimojiné ovlivněné finanční krizí na Islandu.
Abstract:
The work describes developement of political and economic debates in Iceland, which on principle affected Iceland's attitude towards European integration. The goal of the work is to answer the question, which factors were playing the main role within the particular debates and whether they still persisit.
