Analysis of the Basal Structure and the Dynamics of Auto-regulation, Integration, and Mental Endurance Against Burden of People with Burnout Syndrome

Abstract:

Anotace: V diplomové práci se zabýváme vztahem autoregulace, integrovanosti, psychické odolnosti a syndromu vyhoření. V teoretické části uvádíme nejdůležitější poznatky o příčinách, symptomech a procesu syndromu vyhoření. Pozornost věnujeme i oblasti výskytu syndromu vyhoření, rizikovým a protektivním faktorům v osobnosti jedince i v jeho okolí, diferenciální diagnostice. V závěru teoretické části seznamujeme čtenáře s možnostmi prevence a terapie syndromu vyhoření a s možnými zdroji syndromu vyhoření u učitelů. Ve výzkumné části jsme se nejprve zaměřili na analýzu výše uvedených osobnostních charakteristik u učitelek mateřských škol pomocí dotazníku SPARO. Následně jsme u výzkumného souboru zjistili stupeň vyhoření v jednotlivých komponentách syndromu vyhoření pomocí dotazníku MBI a analyzovali jsme odlišnosti ve zkoumaných osobnostních charakteristikách mezi učitelkami se syndromem vyhoření a bez něj.

Abstract:

Abstract: In this thesis, we deal with the relation between auto-regulation, integration, mental endurance, and the burnout syndrome. The most important knowledge about the causes, symptoms, and process of the burnout syndrome are summarized in the theoretical part. We draw our attention to the area where burnout syndrome is present, to the risk factors and to the protective factors of one´s personality and in his/her surroundings, and to the differential diagnostics. At the end of the theoretical part, we present the readers with the possibilities of prevention and the therapy of the burnout syndrome and with possible sources of the burnout syndrome of teachers. In the research part, we focused first of all on the analysis of the already mentioned personal characteristics of kindergarten teachers which we had obtained with the SPARO questionnaire. Further, we detected the level of burnout of the research unit in each component of the burnout syndrome, having used the MBI questionnaire, and we analysed the differences of the researched personal characteristics of the teachers with and without the burnout syndrome.
