Diplomová práce se zabývá je analýzou jednotlivých složek podnikové kultury a systému hodnocení pracovníků výroby ve společnosti Molnlycke Health Care Klinipro s.r.o. a jejich dopad na efektivnost vnitřních vztahů v podniku.
