Health and Social Impacts of domestic violence exposed on child

Abstract:

V teoretické části diplomové práce analyzuji, popisuji a definuji pojmy domácí násilí a syndrom týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte. Spolu s těmito pojmy, ve kterých teoreticky zmiňuji i jejich zdravotně sociální dopady na dítě, se dále zabývám zdroji pomoci a podpory při prevenci a vyhledávání týraných dětí, kde mimo jiné zahrnuji práci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, zmiňuji legislativu, týkající se této problematiky, prevenci a ochranu dítěte před syndromem CAN. V neposlední řadě zde popisuji i organizace, zabývající se ochranou ohrožených dětí, oznamovací povinnost a vyhodnocení individuálního plánu ochrany dítěte. Cílem výzkumné části je ověřit, zda teorie a praxe obsahuje společné prvky ve smyslu zdravotně sociálních dopadů na dítě ohrožené syndromem CAN. Popsat práci a spolupráci jednotlivých subjektů a pracovníků OSPOD za pomoci analýzy a interpretace jednotlivých případů kazuistik dětí, ohrožených syndromem CAN. Porovnat tyto kazuistiky, především jejich společné prvky a spojit tyto prvky s teoretickou částí práce za pomoci obsahové analýzy.

Abstract:

In this thesis I analyze, describe and define the concepts of domestic violence and the syndrome of abused and neglected children. Along with these concepts, which theoretically mention their health and social impacts on a child, I concentrate on sources of assistance and support for the prevention and search for abused children, which also include the work of social and legal protection of children, mentioning legislation regarding this issue, prevention and last but not least. An organization dedicated to the protection of vulnerable children. I also describe the role in suspected child abuse or his doctor. The aim of the research is to verify whether theory and practise contain common features in the sense of health and social impacts on a child affected by the CAN syndrome. Further aim is to describe the work and cooperation of individual subjects and workers of OSPOD. For this purpose interpretation and analysis of individual case interpretations of children affected by the CAN syndrome is employed. Further step is to compare these case interpretations, their common features and conjoin these with the theoretical part of the thesis. Content analysis is used during this proces.
