Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice hlasování kvalifikovanou většinou v Radě EU. Důraz je zde kladen na přechod od Smlouvy z Nice k Lisabonské smlouvě. Úvodní kapitoly tvoří platformu pro analýzu tzv. hlasovacích indexů, na základě kterých určujeme vliv států v Radě, efektivitu a spravedlivost jednotlivých systémů. The thesis deals with an issue of the qualified majority voting in the Council of the European Union. The emphasis is placed on the changes between the Treaty of Nice and the Lisbon treaty.
