Analyze of market and development od renewable energy sources in Czech Republic in period 2005-2015

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je provedena analýza trhu obnovitelných zdrojů energie v období 2005-2015 se zaměřením na posouzení využití a možnosti rozvoje jednotlivých typů obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Dále je posuzována energetická bezpečnost jednotlivých typů obnovitelných zdrojů energie a to z pohledu technického, ekonomického a politického. Práce se zabývá také energetickou účinností a ekonomikou každého typu včetně analýzy současné podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Téma, které si bakalářská práce stanovila, je velmi diskutovanou a aktuální otázkou a především kvůli dynamickému prostředí energetické politiky jak na úrovni EU, tak na národní úrovni. V teoretické části práce popisuje problematiku obnovitelných zdrojů energie, související legislativu, jak na úrovni EU, národní úrovni, tak na úrovni globálních energetických dohod. Dále se práce zabývá energetickým mixem ČR, energetickou náročností české ekonomiky a zastoupením OZE. Na závěr teoretické části je popsána Environmentální teorie jako významný činitel ovlivňující kurz energetiky a vývoje obnovitelných zdrojů energie. V praktické části jsou pak blíže analyzovány jednotlivé typy obnovitelných zdrojů energie, jejich ekonomická realita, energetická bezpečnost a účinnost a potenciál na území ČR Dále je pak také přiblížena otázka dotací jako důležitého prvku rozvoje obnovitelných zdrojů. Je provedena komparace zjištěných skutečností a vyhodnocení dané komparace vede k potvrzení hypotézy, že nejperspektivnějším obnovitelným zdrojem energie pro budoucí rozvoj je v současné době biomasa ve formě mokrých i suchých procesů.

Abstract:

The thesis analyses market of renewable energy sources in the period 2005-2015 with a focus on the assessment of the usage and development potential of individual types of renewable energy sources. It also assessing the energy security of these types from the technical, economic and political perspective. Thesis is also engaged in energy efficiency and economy of each type, including analysis of the current promotion of renewable energy sources. A topic of thesis is very discussed and current issue, mainly due to the dynamic of energy policy environment at EU level and at national level. The theoretical part describes the issue of renewable energy, related legislativ, both EU level, national level and the level of global energy agreements. Further, the thesis deals with the Czech energy mix, energy intensity of the Czech economy and the proportion of renewable energy sources. At the end, theoretical part describes the Environmental theory as an important factor influencing the development of renewable energy sources. The practical part is then further analyzed the each type of rewenable energy source, their economic reality, energy security, efficiency and potential in the Czech Republic. It is also approched the issue of subsidies as an important element of the development of renewable energy sources. The comparison of the findings and evaluation of this comparison confirm the hypothesis that the most promising renewable energy source for the future development is currently the biomass in the both forms of wet and dry processes.
