Abstract:
Práce se zabývá judikaturou Nejvyššího správního soudu a zejména Ústavního soudu ve věci územní samosprávy. Práce poskytuje krátký teoretický úvod, po kterém následuje rozbor judikatury s důrazem na témata voleb do zastupitelstev, mezí pro vydávání obecně závazných vyhlášek a regulaci veřejného pořádku.

The text deals with judicature of Supreme Administrative Court and especially Constitutional Court that concerns territorial self-government. Special attention is being paid to topics on elections of Municipal Councils, legal limits on authority of Municipalities to issue generally applicable ordinances and regulation of public order.
