Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vrozenými vývojovými vadami a jejich příčinami a projevy. Popisuje vývoj klinické cytogenetiky, strukturu a analýzu chromozomů, barvící techniky, prenatální diagnostiku, její metody a indikace.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's work studies inborn evolutionary defects and there causes and manifestations. It describes evolution of clinic cytogenetic, structure and analysis of chromosomes, colourful techniques, prenatal diagnostic and its methodes and indications.
