Mýty a realita managementu v současném podnikání

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na mýty v managementu a jejich dopad na manažery v různých odvětvích po celém světě. Přehled literatury analyzuje různé mylné představy z akademického hlediska a snaží se vytvořit předběžný rámec, v němž funguje kvalitativní výzkum. Mýty a skutečnosti týkající se transformačního vedení, řízení hrdinů, inovací, etiky a dalších jsou didakticky vysvětleny v přehledu literatury a následně tvoří základ kvalitativních výzkumných rozhovorů. To zahrnuje hluboké zkoumání zkušeností manažerů z různých prostředí a vrcholí diskusí o větších důsledcích, které tyto mýty mají pro manažery dnes i v budoucnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on management myths and their impact on managers in across industries around the world. The literature review analyzes the various misperceptions from an academic perspective, seeking to form a preliminary framework within which the qualitative research functions. Myths and realities regarding Transformational Leadership, Hero Management, Innovation, Ethics, and more are didactically explained in the literature review, and then form the bedrock of the qualitative research conversations. This involves a deep exploration of the experiences of managers from diverse backgrounds and culminates in a discussion on the bigger implications these myths have for managers today and in the future.
