V Bakalářské práci je popsán nový institut zákona č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu (stavební zákon), autorizovaný inspektor. In der Bakalararbeit ist der neue Institut des Gesetzes Nr. 183/2006 Slg. beschrieben, über die Gebietsplanung und die Bauordnung (der Baugesetz), der autorisierte Inspektor.
