Integration of children with light intellectual disabilities into the collective of childrens home with school

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se budeme zabývat problematikou integrace dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením do kolektivu dětského domova se školou. A to v rovině kolektivu ve školní třídě, kde jsou mezi svými vrstevníky a pak v rovině skupin v dětském domově, kde jsou děti rozdílného věku. Metodou teoretické části bude studium odborné literatury, dokumentů dětského domova a školy, analýza záznamů pedagogických pracovníků a jejich syntéza. V praktické části máme za cíl zhodnotit kvalitu integrace dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením do školního kolektivu a do kolektivu v dětském domově. Výzkumné šetření bude probíhat kvalitativní metodou, nosnou technikou výzkumu bude dlouhodobé pozorování a rozhovory s dětmi a pedagogickými pracovníky. Součástí práce budou konkrétní návrhy pro zlepšení integrace dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením do kolektivu dětského domova se školou, přičemž dosažené výsledky šetření a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v praxi v oboru speciální pedagogiky.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis we will deal with the issue of integration of children with mild mental disabilities into the team of a children's home with a school. And this at the level of the collective in the school classroom, where they are among their peers, and then at the level of groups in a children's home, where there are children of different ages. The method of the theoretical part will be the study of professional literature, documents of the children's home and school, analysis of the records of pedagogical staff and their synthesis. In the practical part, we aim to evaluate the quality of integration of children with mild mental disabilities into the school team and into the team in the children's home. The research will be carried out by a qualitative method, the main technique of the research will be long-term observation and interviews with children and pedagogical staff. The work will include specific proposals for improving the integration of children with mild mental disabilities into the team of a children's home with a school, while the results of the survey and the recommendations will be usable in practice in the field of special pedagogy.
