Simulation of CNC milling machine by Vericut system
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá simulací CNC frézky v systému Vericut. Vychází z teore-tického základu technologie třískového obrábění zejména frézování, v přímé návaznosti na nasazení výpočetní techniky do technické praxe. Praktická část zahrnuje zpracování CAD modelu simulovaného stroje, vytvoření kinematické sestavy, přípravu CNC programů a samotnou simulaci CNC programu na virtuálním stroji.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a simulation of CNC milling machine in the Vericut sys-tem. It is based on the theoretical concept of the cutting operation technology, in particular of the milling, in direct linkup on an application of the computing technique into technical practices.
