Diplomová práce se zabývá směnkou jako zajišťovacím nástrojem. Jde o specifický způsob zajištění pohledávek s předpokladem, že věřitel tuto směnku nebude muset nikdy uplatnit, neboť očekává uspokojení zajištěné pohledávky. Abstract:
The thesis is about bill of exchange as a collateral tool. It is a specific way, how we can ensure our receivables, provided that the creditor will not need use this bill of exchange in the future, because he expects, that the secured receivable will be satisfied.
