CRM System in the Small Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení CRM systému (řízení vztahů se zákazníky) v malém podniku INVOS. V teoretické části je podrobně popsán marketingový mix, marketingová komunikace a problematika CRM systémů. V praktické části je popsán a analyzován podnik INVOS a dále je popsán návrh implementace systému K2 určený pro tento podnik.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis is focused on customer relationship management in small company INVOS. In the theoretical part is described a marketing mix, a marketing communication and problematics of CRM systems.In the practrical part, there is described and analysed company INVOS. Further, a proposal of implementation of a system K2, which is chosen to this company, is described.
