Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to examine German-language fiction related to drugs. The author focuses on the experience with drugs in different periods of the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The attention of the reflection is mainly devoted to the characters of drug addicts, their environment, and the social context of the drug issue in the selected works.

Das Ziel der Abschlussarbeit ist, die drogenbezogene deutschsprachige Belletristik zu untersuchen. Die Autorin konzentriert sich auf das Drogenerlebnis in verschiedenen Zeitabschnitten des ausgehenden 20. und des kommenden 21. Jahrhunderts. Vor allem wird die Aufmerksamkeit der Reflexion den drogensüchtigen Figuren, ihrem Milieu und dem gesellschaftlichen Kontext der Drogenproblematik in den ausgewählten Werken gewidmet.
