According to the abstractor's opinion, Pink Floyd lyrics and song's character express thoughts and ideas inspired by philosophy of existentialism, since alienation is the leitmotif of band's most significant albums "The Dark Side of the Moon", "Wish You Were Here", "Animals" and "The Wall".
