Abstract:
Syslog je standard definující formát a způsob posílání provozních dat, tzv. logů. Na Fakultě informatiky MU se sbírá 12 mil. syslog zpráv denně. Tato práce představuje nástroje, které jsou určené pro zpracování syslogu. Tyto nástroje budou popsány jak z pohledu administrátora, tak z pohledu uživatele. Abstract:
Syslog is a standard that defines the format and method of sending operational data, called logs. At the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University, 12 million syslog messages per day are collected. This paper presents tools that are designed for processing syslog. These tools will be described from both the administrator's and the user's perspective.
