Homelessness issues and legislation in the Czech Republic and selected EU member countries states.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části bude zabývat problematikou bezdomovectví v České republice s užším zaměřením na oblast Ústí nad Labem. Práce se dotýká terminologie bezdomovectví (jeho příčin a forem) a legislativního ukotvení. V teoretické části diplomové práce bude akcentována základní terminologie spjatá s problematikou bezdomovectví, včetně příčin a forem tohoto sociálního jevu, legislativního rámce a organizací, které se specializují na práci s lidmi bez domova. Výzkumná část práce se bude týkat vnímání rozdílů legislativního ukotvení nastaveného ve vybraných zemích EU v komparaci s ČR. Cílem empirické části práce je na základě rešerše literatury vybrat pozitivní a inspirativní prvky v rámci řešení problematiky bezdomovectví z jiných zemí a následně zjistit míru jejich aplikovatelnosti pro naše prostředí z pohledu budoucích pedagogů.

Abstract:

This thesis in theoretical part will deal with the issue of homelessness in the Czech Republic with a narrower focus on the area of Usti nad Labem and homelessness in selected European Union countries. Working touches terminology homelessness legislation, its causes and various forms. The theoretical part will be accented basic terminology connected with the issue of homelessness, including causes and forms of social and pedagogical phenomenon, legislative frameworks and organizations that specialize in working with homeless people. Investigative part concerns the perception of differences in homelessness legislation in selected EU countries in comparison with the Czech Republic. The aim of the empirical part is based on the research literature to choose positive and inspiring elements in tackling homelessness in selected EU countries and to determine the extent of their applicability for our environment in terms of future teachers and judges.
