Forensic method - confrontation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou metodou konfrontací. Pro přehlednost je práce rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části studentka prováděla fúzi odborného textu. V práci jsou charakterizovány vybrané pojmy, význam a podstata metody, rizika, historie, podmínky a zásady. Charakterizována je příprava, průběh i závěr konfrontace. V praktické části studentka formou expertního rozhovoru s kriminalisty a psychology zkoumala, zda může vzniknout újma při provádění konfrontace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis pursues criminalistic method of compartmentalized. For clarity the job is compartmentalized by theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part the student practiced fusion of professional text. In job are characterized selected conceptions, meaning and basis of method, risk, history, terms and policies. Preparation, process and conclusion of confrontation are characterized. In practical part, by form of expert conversation with criminologists and psychologists, the student explored whether could arise damage during practicing a confrontation.
