Proposal of a Municipality Evacuation Plan
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o evakuaci, která je jedním ze základních opatření ochrany obyvatelstva. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy týkající se evakuace, evakuační plán a jeho náležitosti, orgány pro řízení evakuace. V praktické části byla pro zvolené území obce Kvasice provedena analýza rizik. Výstupem diplomové práce je evakuační plán.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with evacuation, which is one of the basic measures to protect the population. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to evacuation, evacuation plan and its requirements, evacuation authorities. In the practical part, a risk analysis was performed for the selected area of the village Kvasice. The output of the diploma thesis is an evacuation plan.
