The practice of scales and it's significance for teaching oboe

Abstract:

The thesis The practice of scales and it's significance for teaching oboe deals with the importance of systematic practice of scales particularly for oboe, however, the findings can be applied to other wind instruments as well. This thesis contains a brief overview of the history of scales and methodics of oboe playing, and the views of their authors on the practice of scales. Furthermore, the thesis provides information on those areas of playing on oboe which can be improved by practicing scales. Finally, it provides instructions on their practice, including specific notes.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Význam cvičení stupnic při výuce hry na hoboj pojednává o důležitosti systematického cvičení stupnic především při hře na hoboj, poznatky však můžou být aplikované i na jiný dechový nástroj. V práci se nachází stručný přehled historií stupnic a hobojových metodik, a pohledy jich autorů na cvičení stupnic. Dále práce přináší poznatky ohledně oblastí hry na hoboj, které je možné cvičením stupnic vylepšit. Na závěr přináší konkrétní návod na jich cvičení, co taky zahrnuje konkrétní notové příklady.
