Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření, konkrétně u sociálních pracovníků OSPOD Chomutov. V rámci ukotvení problematiky, se práce věnuje popisu a vysvětlení základní definice syndromu vyhoření, jeho příznakům, symptomům a vývoji, rizikovým faktorům a často ohroženým profesím. Dále se bude zabývat diagnostickými metodami, léčbou syndromu vyhoření (terapiemi) a prevencí. Cílem …more

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the burnout syndrome, specifically regarding the social workers OSPOD Chomutov. In dealing with the issue it will describe and explain the basic definition of the burnout syndrome, its indications, symptoms and development, risk factors and often endangered professions.
