Práce se zabývá zjišťováním úrovně hluku v okolí přechodů pro chodce vybaveného hmatně kontrastním vodicím pásem pro nevidomé. V první kapitole jsou charakterizovány osoby s postižením, principy jejich bezpečného a samostatného pohybu a také problematika hluku obecně. The thesis deals with the detection of noise levels in the vicinity of pedestrian crossings equipped with a tactile contrasting guide belt for the blind. In the first chapter are characterized persons with disabilities, the principles of their safe and independent movement and the issue of noise in general.
