Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat trendy a nejčastěji používané techniky kybernetické kriminality v současné době. Práce též seznámí čtenáře s legislativními opatřeními v České republice i ve světě a možnostmi prevence na takové úrovni, aby byl i běžný uživatel výpočetních technologií schopen identifikovat kybernetickou trestnou činnost, orientovat se v problematice z technického i legislativního hlediska a byl následně schopný zvolit taková opatření, aby zmenšil pravděpodobnost stát se obětí této trestné činnosti. Úvodem se čtenář seznámí se základními pojmy na takové úrovni, aby byl schopen porozumět tomu, co se odehrává v prostoru mimo reálný svět a jaké výhody i nevýhody nabízí internet uživatelům. Zde najde čtenář odpovědi i na otázky, které by obyčejně nebyly předmětem jeho zkoumání, a to jakých rozměrů internet dosahuje a současný trend – kryptoměny. Druhá kapitola obsahuje výčet nejčastěji užívaných technik kybernetických útoků. Tato kapitola slouží v popisu toho, čemu by měl čtenář jako uživatel informačních technologií věnovat náležitou pozornost. Oba nejdůležitější subjekty trestné činnosti – pachatel a oběť, jsou předmětem třetí kapitoly, kde budou představeny jejich typické a základní dispozice včetně vnitřní motivace převážně z psychosociálního a viktimologického hlediska. Závěrečná kapitola této práce je pro čtenáře klíčová. Pod pojmem “Boj proti kybernetické trestné činnosti” nalezne klíčové informace o národní i mezinárodní legislativě spojené s kyberkriminalitou, výčet orgánů činných v boji proti této trestné činnosti, procesní specifika odhalování a hlavně podkapitolu prevence, která obsahuje praktické informace o preventivních opatřeních různých orgánů, úřadů i neziskových organizací a preventivní opatření osobní povahy, která hrají nezastupitelnou roli v zabezpečení uživatelské sítě a užívaných výpočetních technologií.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor’s paper is to characterize the trends and the most commonly used techniques of current cybercrime. The paper also introduces the reader to legislative measures in the Czech Republic and the world and to the possibilities of prevention on such a level, that even a common user of IT technologies is capable of identifying cybercrime, understanding such issues from technical and legislative point of view and subsequently is able to choose such precautions that would lower the possibility of becoming a victim of this crime. Firstly, the reader is introduced to the fundamental concepts on such a level, so that he is capable of understanding what is happening in the space outside of the real world and what advantages and disadvantages the internet offers to its users. That is where the reader finds answers to questions which are usually not the subject of his investigation, namely what proportions the internet reaches nowadays and the current trend – cryptocurrencies. The second chapter contains a list of the most commonly used cyber attack techniques. This chapter serves as a description of what the reader should pay proper attention to as a user of information technology. Both most important subjects of crime – the perpetrator and the victim, are the topic of the third chapter, where their typical and fundamental dispositions are introduced, including their inner motivation seen predominantly from psychosocial and victimology viewpoint. The final chapter of this paper is crucial for the reader. Under the term “Fight against cybercrime” he can find crucial information about national and international legislation connected to cybercrime, the list of authorities active in the fight against the crime, procedural specifics of detection and mainly, the subchapter of prevention which contains practical information about preventative measures of various bodies, authorities and non-profit organizations and the preventative measures of personal nature, which play an irreplaceable role in security of user network and used computer technology.
