Anotácia:

The topic of Diploma thesis is the analysis of the distribution process of financial resources by investors in order to achieve the best financial result. The main aims of work are to describe and analyze the possibilities of investors as well as apply these capacities to get the higher profit for the company by trading in the stock market. For this purpose, will investigate the particular features of investing in stocks, as well as take up the challenges and constraints faced by investors and attempt to find the best strategy for it. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part is described the concept of investment, especially the process of investing into the stocks, as well as information resources are used by investors. A separate chapter will be dedicated to the situation in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the Diploma thesis is about creation stock portfolio, choosing a strategy for investment and as a result obtaining the profit.
