The Issue of the Current Trend of Digitization in Industry and Basic Income in Relation to Social Pedagogy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématům digitalizace v průmyslu (Průmysl 4.0) a základnímu nepodmíněnému příjmu. Na oba fenomény je nahlíženo z pohledu sociální pedagogiky. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak může sociálně pedagogické působení přispět k eliminaci rizik spojených spřechodem Průmyslu 4.0 a základnímu nepodmíněnému příjmu. V teoretické části rozebíráme oba fenomény s důrazem na společenské změny a rizika a následně v praktické části pomocí dotazovací metody zjišťujeme jak by na tyto společenské změny a rizika reagovali naši respondenti. Závěry této práce identifikují oblasti sociální pedagogiky v pomoci a prevenci lidem ohrožených ztrátou zaměstnání v důsledku rozvoje Průmyslu 4.0. Dále pak pomoc i prevenci při zavedení základního nepodmíněného příjmu s důrazem na volný čas a výchovu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topics of digitization in industry (Industry 4.0) and basic unconditional income. Both phenomena are viewed from the point of view of social pedagogy. The aim of this work was to find out how socio-pedagogical activity can contribute to the elimination of risks associated with the transition of Industry 4.0 and basic unconditional income. In the theoretical part, we analyze both phenomena with an emphasis on social changes and risks, and then in the practical part we use the interrogation method to find out how our respondents would react to these social changes and risks. The conclusions of this work identify areas of social pedagogy in helping and preventing people at risk of losing their jobs as a result of the development of Industry 4.0. Furthermore, assistance and prevention in the introduction of basic unconditional income with an emphasis on leisure time and education.
