Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá farmakoekonomickými aspekty léčby nejčastějších symptomů u pacientů v terminálním stádiu nevyléčitelného onemocnění. Cílem práce je vyjádření farmakoekonomické náročnosti léčby symptomů s nejvyšší incidencí v Domácí hospicové péči v roce 2016. V teoretické části je popsána paliativní a hospicová péče, financování domácí zdravotní péče, hlavní paliativní symptomy, farmakoekonomika. Výzkumná část na základě retrospektivní analýzy z roku 2016 hodnotí léčbu nejčastějších symptomů u nemocných v terminálním stádiu při domácí hospicové péči.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the pharmaeconomic aspects of treatment of the most common symptoms of patients in the final stage of terminal illness. The aim of this work is to present the pharmaeconomical costs to treat symptoms with the highest incidence in home-based hospice care in the year 2016. The theoretical part describes palliative and hospice care, home-based hospice care, financing home-based health care, main palliative symptoms, pharmaeconomics and costs. The research is based on retrospective analysis from the year 2016 and it evaluates the costs of treatment of the most common symptoms of patients in the final stage of terminal illness within the specific scope of home-based hospice care.
