Risks during Collection and Processing of Evidence in the Field of Forensic Techniques

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku spojenou s pracovní činností oddělení kriminalistické techniky, které je nedílnou součástí Skupiny kriminální policie a vyšetřovaní Policie České republiky. Teoretická část obecně charakterizuje Skupinu kriminální policie a vyšetřování, její strukturu a historii. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotnou činnost kriminalistického technika, zajišťování kriminalistických stop a na rizika, která jsou s touto činností spojená. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům na minimalizaci rizik spojených s kriminalistickotechnickou činností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues connected with the work of the Crime scene investigation Section, which is an integral part of the Criminal Police and Investigation Group of the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part generally characterizes the Criminal Police and Investigation Group, its structure and history. The practical part is focused on the primary activity crime scene investigation of forensic technology, providing forensic traces and the risks associated with this activity. The conclusion is devoted to proposals to minimize risks associated with criminalistic and technical activities.
