Suicidal thoughts of secondary school students

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce představuje deskriptivní přístup k zjišťování reálných tendencí k suicidálním pokusům středoškolské mládeže absolvující různé typy škol s plným vědomím rozdílů pouhých spekulací, které jsou pro daný věk adekvátní, tedy období adolescence. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní terminologii v rámci suicidia a na období adolescence a její rizikové faktory vedoucí k suicidálnímu jednání. Pro výzkum byl využit dotazník od Becka BSS Scale Suicide for Ideation. Výsledky výzkumu jsou interpretovány pomocí grafů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis presents a descriptive approach to ascertaining the real tendencies towards suicide attempts of secondary school students graduating from different types of schools with full awareness of the differences of mere speculations that are adequate for the given age, i.e. the period of adolescence. The theoretical part focuses on the basic terminology within suicide and the period of adolescence and its risk factors leading to suicidal behavior. The Beck BSS Scale Suicide for Ideation questionnaire was used for the research. Research results are interpreted using graphs.
