Diplomová práce shrnuje současný investiční záměr obce, jeho ekonomickou stránku a vliv na hospodaření obce. Zároveň také řeší vhodnou formu financování další etapy. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy týkající se obce a dále je zde popsána problematika územních samosprávných celků. Praktická část se zabývá finanční analýzou a hospodařením obce. The thesis is summarizing a current investment intention of the municipality, its economic aspect and impact on its economy. It also solves a appropriate form of financing the next phase. The theoretical part defines terms relating to the municipality and there are also described the issue of local government units.
