Abstract:

P.edkladana diplomova prace se v.nuje separaci p.edlo.enych pH senzitivnich konjugat. antituberkulotika isoniazidu s blokovym kopolymerem ?ż-methoxy-poly(ethylenglykol)-bpoly(L-lysinem). V literarni re.er.i popisuje vyznam isoniazidu a jeho stanoveni v r.znych materialech a dale vyznam poly(ethylenglykolu). Dale byla navr.ena a optimalizovana separace konjugat. vysokou.innou kapalinovou chromatografii a stanovena jejich stabilita p.i r.znych pH.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the separation submitted pH-sensitive conjugates antituberculotics isoniazid with a block copolymer á-methoxy-poly (ethylene glycol)-b-poly (L-lysine). The first part describes the importance of isoniazid and it?s determination in various materials and the importance of poly(ethylene glycol). Was also designed and optimized separation conjugates HPLC and determined their stability at various pHs.
