Drama as possible way of inner growth

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zdokumentovat a shrnout autorovu zkušenost s dramaterapií, pedagogikou a s nimi souvisejícím rozvojem osobnosti. Zkušenosti popsané v této práci zahrnují zkušenosti z dramaterapeutického výcviku DvT, psychoterapeutického centra v Americe, pražské základní školy a libereckého gymnázia. Autor si prošel v rámci těchto zkušeností několika rolemi. Nejdříve jako účastník a klient, potom jako dramaterapeut a nakonec jako vedoucí dramatické výchovy. Text si dává za cíl srovnat tyto rozdílné zkušenosti a pokusit se v nich najít styčné téma: sebe/tvorba zdravé osobnosti. Uvádí zde jak své konkrétní, praktické zkušenosti, tak i teoretické a myšlenkové okruhy poznaných přístupů a z obojího se snaží vyvodit vlastní poznatky. Tato práce si již svým názvem pokládá otázku, zda je drama možný nástroj k práci s osobností a na osobnosti.

Abstract:

Aim of this master thesis is documentation and summary an experience of Peter Besta with dramatherapy, pedagogy and development of personality. Experiences, written about in this thesis include experiences from dramatherapy training, psychoterapeutic center in America, prague elementary school and gymnazium in Liberec. Autor went thru differen role in these institutions. First as a client and participant, than as dramatherapist and finally as a drama teacher. Master thesis wants to compare these different experiences and try to find a theme that connects them and that is working of a heatly personality. It includes from practical and specific experiences, which he went thru, also theoretical basis of approaches, which he had a chance to get to know and he is trying to consolidate both into his own findings. This thesis by its name is asking itself a question. Is drama a possible tool for working with personality?
