Téma této bakalářské práce se zabývá spoluprací celních orgánů jednotlivých členských států EU. Hlavní část této práce je věnována především Nařízení Rady č. 515/1997 a Úmluvě Neapol II, kde se autor snaží popsat způsoby a možnosti spolupráce a popsat ratifikační proces v rámci ČR. The topic of this bachelor work is coordination of customs departments of individual EU countries. The main part of this work is dedicated to the Council Regulation no. 515/1997 and to the Naples II Convention.
