Problematika nedostatku řidičů ve společnosti Gelur spol. s r.o.

Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout možnosti řešení nedostatku řidičů ve vybrané společnosti. Práce aplikuje obecné principy související s řízením lidských zdrojů na ryze českou dopravní společnost Gelur spol. s r.o. K dosažení stanoveného cíle byla zpracována teorie řízení lidských zdrojů v kamionové dopravě v obecné rovině a provedena analýza sledované společnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of bachelor's thesis is to lay out possible proposals to solve the shortage of truck drivers in the certain company. The thesis applies theoretical principles of human resources management to the pure Czech forwarding company Gelur Ltd.
