Abstract:

KOTIHAL, Pradeep Gangappa. How to Market a Food Truck. [Bachelor thesis] University College Prague – College of International Relations and Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics, Ltd. Prague: 2023. 70 pages. This study examines consumer preferences and perceptions of current marketing practices with a special focus on the four key components of the marketing mix: product, price, promotion, and place in order to offer food truck entrepreneurs meaningful information. Customers, both current and prospective, were surveyed with a structured questionnaire, via google forms platform, own process and statistical methods were used to assess the results. The results highlight how crucial it is to comprehend your target market, build a strong brand identity, engage your customers effectively, collaborate strategically, and use technology. Moreover, retaining a competitive edge in this fast-paced field requires staying up to date on new marketing trends and consumer preferences. Entrepreneurs operating food trucks may draw in and keep customers, set themselves apart from rivals, and assure long-term financial success by putting the suggested strategies into action.
