Abstract:
Anotace: Obsah bakalářské práce je věnován nájemním vztahům k pozemkům počínaje historickým vývojem až po současnou platnou úpravu. Značná část práce je věnována vývoji vlastnických a užívacích vztahů, které úzce souvisí se vztahy nájemními. Uplatňování právní úpravy nájmu v praxi je podloženo judikaturou soudů v 5. části bakalářské práce. Závěr práce je zamyšlením nad možnou budoucí právní úpravou …more

Abstract: The subject of this thesis deals with the problem of the land lease from its historical development to a currant effective legal regulations. Substantial part of this thesis deals with the development of the right of use and property fright whitch are closely related to the lease.
