Obsahem této práce je analýza hospodaření Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Zkoumané časové období bylo určeno na 5 let, tedy období let 2002 až 2006. Předmětem výzkumu je rozpočtová kapitola číslo 307 (MO ČR). Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historickým vývojem MO ČR, kompetencemi MO ČR a jeho organizační strukturou. This work deals with the management of Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. The surveyed five years´ time period was given among the years 2002 and 2006.
